A Letter From Pastor Paulos T. Bulcha

Not to blow our own trumpets but rather to thank God for His amazing grace to us, and to thank World Impact for their vision for Africa. This letter was shared at this year’s conference as a report on what had occurred since the conference or all children’s leaders. When he writes “history making” it actually relates to CityLife’s Paulos Djini who embraced many other church workers by making this an open conference, this does not happen. First of all I would like to thank our heavenly father for the fellowship he has given us with Karolyn and Sue. My gratitude goes to these women of God and I am very thankful for the passion, love, humbleness and amazing talents God has given them and I loved the way they thought us last year.

As we all remember last year, we learned a lot of things about how we could raise up children if destiny in Sunday School Teachers Training given to us by Karolyn and Sue. It was really energetic and encouraging.

From the time I have been trained by Karolyn and Sue, I have been joyfully using there teaching materials and I have seen a big change in my own church as well as other churches. Every Minister began to dream big for kids and started seeing kids as Jesus sees them. This is a miracle for me. It really encouraged me to move on and continue facing the struggle I was facing to bring kids to a bright future in my church. The environment in the church before was not encouraging; no body gave much care and attention to kids. But nothing is impossible for our God, He has renewed our ministers mind by using the training that has been given to us by Karolyn and Sue.

Similar training held by Ilaammee

[Oromo Evangelical church committee] for Sunday school teachers including church leaders. To the best of my knowledge, since we took the training here in City Life Church I have seen that all churches are trying to raise new generation by feeding them the word of God in their own Churches. This is a new beginning for some Churches.

This days every Oromo Evangelical and Pentecostal Churches have started Sunday School programs as one of their usual plan on their agenda. In this short time, I can say history has been changed. Now days our church leaders and congregation started paying special attention to their kid’s ministry as far as they can.

Dear sisters in Christ, Karolyn and Sue, we understand that you gave your time and money to help our people. Ones again I really thank you and want to let you know that your labor is not in vain As a prophet Isaiah said “ But I said, I have labored to no purpose; I have spent my strength in vain and for nothing. Yet what is due me is in the Lord’s hand, and my reward is with my God. Isaiah 49:4

Also I would like to thank CityLife Church leaders for organsizing this historical event.

May God Bless you all.
